Aiphone AX Exchange Components
The Aiphone AX intercom system has two models of central central control unit plus a add on control unit. These control units are standard 19 inch rack mounting taking up just two rack units high and are supplied with the rack mounting brackets as standard.
The AX exchange components are powered from 24volt DC power supply, two supplies are recommended when a video system is installed.
- Aiphone AX084C central control unit has inputs for eight audio or video door stations, outputs for four audio or video monitors and eight door release relay contacts.
- Aiphone AX248C central central control unit has inputs for twenty four audio or video door stations, outputs for eight audio or video monitors and twenty four door release relay contacts.
- Aiphone AX320C add on control unit has inputs for thirty two audio or video door stations and thirty two door release relay contacts. It connects to the central control unit via Cat5e cable. Up to three AX320C can be installed in a system.
The Aiphone AX intercom system is set up via a PC with the supplied software. Any door station can be programmed to call any master if required.
Each control unit has a separate door release relay output for each door station.
All connection to Central controllers, Video door stations and master stations are by RJ45 modular connectors which simplifies wiring.
